New York Substation Murder

It was a normal busy day in New York on Monday, December 3rd. The subways and busses were jam packed full of people, as usual, ready for the work week. The morning started to get rough when two men started arguing. Then men were Naeem Davis and Ki-Suck Han. Han was known to be walking to the Korean Consulate to renew his passport, when he stopped and got into an agument with Naeem Davis, a homeless man. Witnesses say Davis was harrassing people in the subway. Davis was obviously upset about something and pushed Han onto the tracks in front of an oncoming train. Han was hit and killed instantly by the train.

Police reports say no one rushed to Han's rescue. There was one man by the name of R. Umar Abbasi, who is a photographer. He got some pictures of the two men fighting and  these photos became a key factor into Davis's arrest. Abbasi reports that he was suprised that the people in the subway were taking pictures of Han, struggling when the train hit him, instead of running away.

The conducter of the train, Terrence Legree, reports that he saw a comotion going on at the station but he didn't know what it was untill it was too late. He was too close to Han and could not stop the train.

Many people witnessed the death and they will be stuck wth it forever.

Davis was found near the staion Tuesday morning and caught. He was accused of second-degree murder.

Han died a tragic death, but through with the help of their family's church, and friends, they will find a way to get thrugh this tragic time.
